Sherri Petro has honed her skills throughout her 20 years + career. She started conducting FACILITATIONS after taking a Facilitation Skills for Trainer and Team Leaders workshop in 1993. She facilitating internally with her then employers and continues to today.  She started TRAINING fellow employees in the 1990s and realized her power was in her voice.  She has lost count of the number of customized client trainings she has conducted over the years.  Sherri received more than 60 hours of COACHING training from Dr. Wilson Bullard at Learning Strategies in 2002. She coaches for communication, performance and career transition.

Sherri is a generation expert and facilitator with hundreds of presentations/ workshops/seminars to her credit. Sherri has published over eighty articles and blogs on strategy, marketing and coaching in which she simplifies complex concepts for busy professionals.

Sherri is a highly sought after speaker, facilitator, trainer, and coach. Her passion is educating organizations on how to increase organizational sustainability by leveraging the talents and skills of all in multi-generational workplaces. A crusader masked as a management consultant, Sherri has stories, statistics, and style that drive the content home.

Sherri is the President and Chief Strategy Officer of VPI Strategies in San Diego, California, where she unifies people, process and technology to create sustainable organizations. Clients include nonprofits, for-profits, and public sector. Sherri earned a BA in Psychology from Youngstown State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
